Fastest Hybrid Car - Frazer-Nash Namir by Giugiaro
The fastest hybrid car title has been claimed by makers of the new Frazer-Nash Namir by Giugiaro. A collaboration between the studios of Italdesign Giugiaro and the Brits from Frazer Nash, this fastest hybrid car churns out an impressive 370 hp, has a top speed of 187 mph and a 1,200 mile range. The Namir can accelerate from 0 to 62mph in just 3.7 seconds and to 124 mph in a mere 10.4 seconds! The plug-in hybrid concept features a carbon fiber chassis and unique honeycomb panels. It also features two brushless DC electric motors for the rear and the front axle, a substantial 400V lithium polymer battery underfloor pack and an 0.8-liter gasoline rotary engine that works as a generator when the batteries are used up. Hope to see this concept on the road in my lifetime!

Volkswagen Concept Car - BlueSport 62 Mpg Eco Sportscar
The newest Volkswagen Concept Car is the BlueSport which features a mid-engine design that provides great weight distribution and a convertible body just 13 feet in length. This Volkswagen Concept Car is powered by a 2.0-liter turbodiesel that releases180hp, a top speed of 140, and a fast 0-60 time of 6.2 Secs. The best part is that this is all done on 35 mpg in normal mode and more than 62 mpg in Eco mode. No word on price yet, but hopefully this one will be affordable to the masses! Volkswagen.

Mercedes F 300 Life-Jet Concept
The Mercedes F 300 Life-Jet Concept was first shown a while back at the Frankfurt International Motor Show and incorporates an active tilt control system allowing the front wheels and body of the tandem two-seater to lean into corners. The F 300 Life-Jet can attain cornering speeds similar to those of a motorbike and feature an active tilt control that also increases the overall ride comfort by moving the cornering forces to a central, vertical axis, rather than a sideways force. We'd sure like to see this one become a reality!

Lazareth Snowtrack Snowmobile with Tracks Concept
The Lazareth Snowtrack Snowmobile with Tracks Concept is Ludovic Lazareth's way of redefining winter speed. By adding two driven tracks to the front of a snowmobile, replacing the traditional skis, the Lazareth Snowtrack will have additional traction under acceleration, which will increase cornering speeds, eliminate slides and make it possible to get on the power earlier. The Snowtrack is currently just a concept, but we wouldn’t be surprised to see a working prototype once winter rolls around. Lazareth.

No word on the exact price, but Lightning is taking $30,000 deposits for those of you who want to be the first to own one.
