Gibbs Quadski - World's First High Speed Amphibian Quadbike/ATV

The Gibbs Tech Quadski is the World's First High Speed Amphibian Quadbike/ATV. Though amphibious technology has been around for awhile (propeller-powered Amphicar of the 1960s), the Gibbs Technologies Quadski goes where no quad has ever gone before; on land and water. After $100 million in development and 60+ patents later, Gibbs technologies has proudly announced it’s third foray into the amphibious world with the intensely personal Quadski. Half-quad, half-jetski, the Gibbs Technologies Quadski reaches tops speeds Exceeding 50 mph, and can convert from land-mode to water-mode in about 5 seconds. Definitely one of the coolest toys we've come across in a long time! You can own a Quadski for around $16,000. Gibbstech.

GG Motoradtechnik Quad

The GG Motoradtechnik Quad is no ordinary quad. These custom quads are much like the Orange County Choopers, but with quads. Some of the features include a 95 hp, 72 lb-ft torque 1130cc 2-cylinder engine, 6 gear transmission including reverse, 115 mph top speed, 270mm floating disc brakes, and four-wheel independent a-arm wishbone shock absorber.
This description from GG Quad sums it up...
“Aggressive headlights, like the eyes of a jungle cat set to pounce, powerfully supported by four wheels, with a lean, exciting waist and a very special rear section. The GG-Quad from Grüter + Gut exudes pride in being a unique vehicle, hungry for fast roads, with power that is abundant yet always reliably controllable. 2008 BRP Can-Am Spyder Grand Sport Roadster

When driven down the West Coast of Florida, the 2008 BRP Can-Am Spyder Grand Sport Roadster only brought one question into the minds of passerby's: What is that? What makes the BRP Can-Am Spyder Grand Sport Roadster an unusual looking vehicle is that it has two wheels up front for steering, and one powered wheel in the rear. The spyder runs on a liquid-cooled, 998cc, DOHC Rotax V-Twin engine and has electrically boosted power steering which makes steering a lot easier than you'd think it be. This roadster works like a motorcycle so you twist the handlebar-mounted throttle and go. Shift the sequential five-speed gearbox (complete with reverse gear) with your left foot, or you can choose the optional gearbox with electronic actuation. You operate the brake pedal with your right foot. Look for the Can-Am Spyder to go on sale this October, but only in a dozen states, including Arizona, California, Florida, Massachusetts, Michigan and New York, as well as several Canadian provinces. You can buy the Can-Am Spyder with a manual transmission and a real reverse gear, for a price of $14,995, and the model with an electrically operated transmission for $1,500 more.
