The Rossignol Chrona Meteo Jacket comes with an integrated meteo station that can be used alone or slid inside a watertight thermoformed insert worn outside the jacket on the wrist. The jacket is waterproof, windproof, is made from breathable Goretex, and features a removable hood, aadjustable cuffs with thumb loops, removable powder skirt, and thinsulate insulation The meteo station combines vital features like a barometer mode which provides atmospheric pressure, temperature, and weather forecasts, an altimeter mode that displays the altitude in real-time, calculates and record your vertical drop, and measures your performance using a computer, and a digital compass to determine your direction. As the watch is always subject to a fall or extreme conditions, it was designed to be shock proof and weather resistant. The intentionally over sized liquid crystal digits and numbers are easy to read at a glance.
