RaxSki short skis are skis for groomed trails and freeride which "make you free". When we heard about them we instantly thought about Ski Blades though they are different and don't have parallel rounded ends like Ski blades do. RaxSki Short Skis will let you "ride down any terrain you would never dare to" and "you will forget the shin-bang, for short skis are easy on the legs".
What's more, RaxSki's are made with guiding blades on the upwardly bent ski tails so you can ride just on the tail while raising the ski tip and thus reduce your effective ski length. On groomed trials RaxSki's allow you to turn fast and navigate with the precision of an ice skate, a bike or a car. If for example, you're in powder you feel as if you had a surfboard under your feet as the guiding blades act like a rear fin.
We think these may either catch or be a cult-like classic for the underground scene. We like the easier on the legs claim and would love to try them out!
