Joyrider Illuminated Smiley Face Bicycle Lights

Joyrider, the the creation of Designer Moritz Waldemeyer, is an accessory that transforms a bicycle into a moving light show. Joyrider consists of two electronic devices that clip onto wheel spokes and measure the speed of rotation and emit LED light to create the illusion of a constant smiley face while the wheel spins. The devices were attached to two prototype bikes designed by Waldemayer and were auctioned at the ICA 2008 Gala: Figures of Speech last week, where they fetched £2000. A cool invention that will keep you safer at night and looking cool. Also check out the Down Low Glow Bicycle Lights, a similar product.
