This new indoor cycling bike called the Realryder ABF8 is the first and only indoor bike that moves just like a real road bike. The Realryder ABF8 indoor cycling bike features a patented system of mechanical linkages and pivots the rear position of the flywheel which let it simulate pedaling over an outdoor bike. An excellent tool for a complete exercise, a workout on the bike requires a full range of physical movement including the legs and buttocks, arms, shoulders and all the core muscles as well.
