Electric Urban Vehicles - Yikebike Goes Were Segways Aren't Allowed

electric-urban-vehicles-yikebike-goes-were-segways-aren't-allowed.jpg

Electric urban vehicles like this YikeBike are another electric commuter alternative to the "gas-guzzler", like your favorite invention, the Segway. The big difference in favor of the Yikebike is that this electric urban vehicle can be ridden anywhere including most city streets since it looks like you're just riding a regular bicycle. The Yikebike, which is made of carbon-fiber, is capable of going up to 6.2 miles on a single charge, and tops out around 14mph. Not bad for a little guy that would be be most efficient in an urban area. So be the first one on your block to rock this one to work! You can buy a Yikebike in the U.S. for $3,595.
